Koch has been called upon professionally to extend aid to an unprotected female who is being persecuted: Mother Angela Joseph McKey. The two white-veiled Sisters of St. Bridget have left their quarters, staying with the priest, Father Thomas Brady, and also with a Mr. Courtney. Brady with abettors threaten "the old mother" with arrest unless she gives up part of the money she now holds on deposit which she earned to support the two novices.
