Scope and Contents
The Central Council of the Association of the Propagation allocates to the Detroit Diocese for 1860, 14,000 francs, of which 6,300 francs remain to be paid. To assure payment of funds of the Council sent to the American bishop, Lefevere is requested to sign all drafts instead of one or other of his vicars general. :: III-2-j A.L.S. French 2pp.12mo.
