Callaert has twice found the relics of the altar stone of Stonycreek fallen out and on consulting Bouvier found that the stone loses consecration when relics are removed. All goes well with regard to the new church. All approve the plan of Father Dumon's Edmund Dumont church. They are taxed 2 ½%. Mr. O'Conner of Monroe gave $50, several others of Monroe feel interested in Stonycreek's church. The church was crowded; 178 received Holy Communion.
