Identifier: CBRH III-3-d

Scope and Contents

Curtis' collection of portraits of Columbus for the World's Fair consists of bromide copies of photographs, engravings, paintings, etc., and he is anxious to include the collection at the University of Notre Dame. Brownson can save him the expense of sending a photographer there if he will loan or sell his own negatives that he used in his Life of Columbus. He asks if Brownson saw the very elaborate review of his book in the New York Sun of yesterday. :: III-3-d Typewritten Letter Signed 1p. 8vo.
