Gilbride, Father Michael, Saugerties, New York, to Father Francis P. McFarland, Watertown, New York, 1848 August 1
Item
Identifier: CDHT I-1-a
Scope and Contents
Gilbride thanks McFarland for complying with his many requests and apologizes for his silence. He is well but works among people who grudge his sight, because of his predecessor. Until this attitude declines he cannot be away much. He says it would be invidious to give names to whom he wishes to be remembered. Mr. McMahon visited him and spoke highly of McFarland and his mother. :: I-1-a A.L.S. 2pp. 4to.
