That the National Labor Relations Board may not withhold services from any unions whose officers have filed false, noncommunist oaths, and 2.) that the NLRB has discretionary authority to make an employer furnish a union with individual wage rates and hours as an aid to collective bargaining. Claims that in making these decisions the Supreme Court has taken away two of the government's main weapons for fighting Communism.
