"The Paris Studium; Robert of Sorbonne and his Legacy. Selected Studies", in "Hungarian Science", 1993, Budapest, Hungary, by Köpeczi Béla. Relying on several examples from ALG's study, the author shows that ALG's research on the history of universities is in close correlation with the history of ideas and trends of the Middle Ages and that of Renaissance. ALG, using his wit and knowledge on the history of the time, sometimes fills in the missing concepts motivating people's interactions at the university. ALG teaches us that we should value learning. Being erudite is the fruit that crowns a long and tedious research and a journey that leads to a profound knowledge in a particular subject. Hungarian
