General

Letter. Pál learned from Dercsényi Dezső of ALG's address. He thinks that ALG did not receive his first letter written two years ago. This letter is an inquiry after ALG's whereabouts in December 1944, after they lost contact. Pál collects data from the Military History Archives and tries to compile other unpublished documents on the subject: French-Hungarian relations at the end of 1944. He asks ALG to send information and his personal recollection concerning the weeks before the occupation of the St. Norbert College at Gödöllő. He found an entry in his journal of Decemebr 13, 1944, saying that now the Arrow Cross Party is searching religious convents. He tried to contact ALG. Nobody had seen him since yeasterday (December 12th). If ALG dissapears, Pál will give up the fight. Another entry of Decemebr 14 states that Pál has just learned of ALG's quitting. Jean Cottin has dissapeared too. Pál informs ALG that these entries from his journal refer to their meetings at the Horánszky Street in Budapest. He asks ALG to support his search and provide data from this period. Hungarian
