General
Chapter. Begins by saying that the monontonous life at Camp Simon in no way compares to the tumultous life of a soldier. However, goes on to discuss the "high spots" of life at Camp Simon which broke some of the monotony including: camp visits such as that of Dorothy Day, the "Smith Weekend" which was when a group of "pacifistically inclined" students from Smith College came to the camp, the alcoholic binges, and the farewell party. ~ MA
