Writing to express and clarify his opinion in reference to the finding of the trial record from Franz Jaegerstaetter's trial and its statement that he was willing to serve as a medic in the Nazi army. Says that he believes a way to clarify or disprove this claim is by either talking to some of the other court officers who were there who will add their testimony or by finding the prison statement which he considers Franz Jaegerstaetter "final apologia" and a definite summary of his position.
