Says he is enclosing the questionnaire he requested while at the same time stating that the Center considers their study on high schools a preliminary report and is hoping that they or some other USCC agency would undertake a more comprehensive study of the situation. However, says that as soon as the report is printed they will be sent a copy. Finally, states that he and Mike Hovey decided to turn down their request for a list of contact schools in order to protect the careers of their respondents.
