Correspondence. Discusses the possibility of the Massachusetts Catholic Conference supporting the effort to repeal the "gay rights" extension of the State's Civil Rights law. Says that it is an extension which he supports because of the value he places and which he believes the Church should place on the basic human rights of the person. Writing to ask the conference to withdraw its support for the recall resolution.
