They state that Jaime Cardenas, a child Gordon was sponsoring, has moved with his family to an area that is outside their jurisdiction and so they cannot continue to give Gordon's gift to the family. They state that his remaining funding will be allocated to another child of whom they will inform his of, and that if he has a problem with this to please let them know and they will comply with his wishes. ~ RI
