Gordon is very frustrated that his attempts to get the rights to his book reverted back to him so that he can proceed with trying to get paperback American and English editions on the market. He writes the president of Holt, Rinehart and Winston requesting that somebody be given his case so that things will proceed more smoothly (the high turnover of employees was causing his case to get lost in the shuffle for at least three years).
