General

Open Letter. He and the rest of the Boston faculty know he has made a mess of the "de facto" tenure quotas imposed by the president whom he feels manipulated him into agreement. He states that the new quotas are unfair and are being carried out very poorly, especially as he was denied tenure himself. He explains in detail his grievances and issues with the new way of things and requests that they opt for a more fair policy. ~ MA
