Correspondence. The writer doesn't understand why it is considered immoral to bomb North Vietnam when both sides bombed Coventry, Dresden, Hamburg. He believes that the "communists initiated the use of force and insist on the continuance of deliberate terror and killing of civilians in a world-wide drive to destroy uncommunist governments. Thus, if our "counterforce kills communist-controlled civilians, horrible as the choice may be, let our bombs kill those civilians rather than our American GI's."
