Scope and Contents

Correspondence, clippings, notes, and copies of Boland's essays, speeches, editorials, and sermons. Also included are two articles by other writers and a biography of Boland entitled Go to the Workingman. Boland's writings consist primarily of short essays on the labor movement and the Catholic Church. Many of works are not dated. Some speeches and essays have been filed with other papers relating to Boland's work with the New York State Labor Relations Board (see CIVIC AND LABOR COMMITTEES SERIES Box 3). 2.25 ft.
